Administrative Assistant
Solid Rock is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The position is part-time (18-20 hr/week).
General Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant will play an essential role in supporting our team. Working in a collaborative environment, the Administrative Assistant will support all Solid Rock staff by performing administrative tasks related to the operations of Solid Rock Youth Ministries. Weekly tasks will be determined both by independent direction and team collaboration, and will vary throughout the year based on our event calendar.
Qalifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and The Google Suite. General computer literacy required.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong relational, communication, and writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
Ministry or Administrative experience preferred

Development Assistant
Solid Rock is looking for a Development Assistant to join our team.
The position is full-time/40hrs a week.
General Purpose:
Solid Rock’s Development Assistant will offer direct support to the Executive Director, helping to implement the fundraising goals for Solid Rock. They are responsible for ensuring Solid Rock receives sufficient funding to carry out its mission.
The Development Assistant’s daily routine is dictated by their primary goal of supporting the fundraising goals for Solid Rock. This includes but is not limited to implementing the Development Policy, communicating with staff members & other stakeholders, and supporting the Executive Director and fundraising chairs in the planning, implementation, and stewardship of fundraising events.

Strong relational, communication, and writing skills for communicating both within the Solid Rock team, and with donors and sponsors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Administrative & Communication Experience and/or Education preferred
Occasional weekend and evening availability for special events, meetings and fundraisers
